I spent most of my childhood vacations at the beach and continued that tradition with my own two boys. My family loves the beach all of our family vacations have been either spent in St. George Island, Key West, Ft. Walton or Destin and many day trips along the way. Both my boys love and respect the beach it's my husband and I's go to.
Although my boys are young adults now, they still love vacationing with us and my youngest and I have a tradition of day trips which I love. He's my seashell finder.
This past year I found myself looking at all the seashells I have in jars, marked and dated trying to figure out what to do with them; at first, I was going to paint them but I chose to keep the boys shells in their special place. I then started heading down the coast and collecting more on my own and then the OYSTERS ... my husband and friends have all chimed in and when we head down to the coast we do a little collecting. Then the LOVE ART BEGAN
